The Gryphon GD4590 scanner is a high-performance 1D and 2D barcode scanner built for day-to-day retail use. 

The scanner can be utilized to enable Age Validation Technology (AVT) by decoding driver’s license identification for age-restricted items. The integrated 4-Dot aimer and Green Spot technology allow for ease of visual scan confirmation for barcodes, QR Codes, driver’s licenses, and mobile scanning. 

Utilizing motion sensing technology with Motionix™, Gryphon GD4590 2D scanners allow for frictionless transitions between presentation and handheld mode. The Gryphon GD4590 comes plug-and-play with an integrated base and includes a 5-year manufacturer warranty on the scanner along with a 30-day warranty on the provided cables.
